RAPS is expanding its fluidized-bed fat-coating capacity at its Kulmbach facility with a custom-designed system from Glatt Ingenieurtechnik. The third joint system reliably protects sensitive ingredients and ensures process stability across complex supply chains. Glatt implemented a complete turnkey project for RAPS, providing process development, pre-engineering, plant design and delivery, installation, and commissioning – all from a single source.

The transformation of liquid formulations into stable, free-flowing granules is a critical operation in nutraceutical manufacturing.
