Powder and bulk solids technology: Refinement for improved solubility (German article)
Whether instant coffee, protein powder, spice mixes or baby food – they all have a common basis: a technology that usually remains in the background but is essential for modern food production. However, the processing of powders poses major challenges for food manufacturers. The fine particles tend to clump together, develop dust or, in the worst case, even become contaminated.
