Current battery materials for mobile applications often do not yet meet customer expectations in terms of capacity, long-term stability and charging times. For this reason, new types of materials are being developed worldwide to overcome these technical limitations and thus help the battery achieve its final breakthrough. Glatt can support you in the development of formulations and the synthesis of these new raw materials!
If necessary, the newly created raw materials can be further refined in downstream process steps, for example by coating or agglomeration. In this way, the properties of the starting powder can be improved, or subsequent process steps can be carried out more efficiently.
The presentation will give a brief overview of existing technologies for the synthesis and refinement of powder materials and use examples from the field of battery materials to demonstrate the capabilities of the technologies.
